Gap has entered its EYEKONS era. This week, the brand unveiled its dynamic fall 2025 campaign, “Better in Denim,” starring KATSEYE’s Sophia, Manon, Daniela, Lara, Megan, and Yoonchae, which features the stars wearing Gap denim that speaks to their personal styles in a dance choreographed by Robbie Blue and shot by Bjorn Iooss.

For KATSEYE, their involvement is pretty personal. The group grew up wearing Gap, and Yoonchae’s memories of Baby Gap had her bandmates aww‘ing. “My dad got me and my sister matching Gap hoodies when we were super young, and we wore them every day,” she told Cosmopolitan. “And we even had a song about them! We used to sing it every time we’d wear them.”

The soundtrack to Yoonchae’s Gap-filled childhood may have been a song of her own making, but the soundtrack to this fall campaign is the iconic early 2000s bop “Milkshake” by Kelis.

“The way ‘Milkshake’ pairs with this campaign and this style of clothing is so sick,” Lara told Cosmo. “I feel like ‘Milkshake’ and a lot of music from the early 2000s, especially production-wise, was all about simplicity. Everything just hit. It’s kind of similar to the clothing: It’s simple, it’s denim, and it’s giving in unique ways. I feel like with music and clothing in general, that needs to come back into fashion.”

In an exclusive behind-the-scenes video from Gap above, choreographer Robbie Blue talked through the process of creating such an intricate routine, bringing together 30 dancers of different disciplines and KATSEYE in “a celebration of everyone’s differences.”

“Step one: Alone time in the studio,” Robbie said in the video. “All of these ideas are just visuals that live in my head. From there, it’s time to go into execution mode. When you add in everybody’s different styles and everybody’s personalities, certain things come to life and take on a new shape. We have truly assembled the best dancers in the world. All from different backgrounds, we united, coming together for one epic moment.”
