Despite the fact that Hailey Bieber’s net worth more closely resembles, IDK, a hedge fund than my annual salary, the Rhode founder is an accessible queen! Sure, she throws in a Saint Laurent dress here and The Row sandals there, but more times than not her look is actually shoppable to the general (read: non-rich nepo baby) public. Just last week, our girl Hails stepped out in the perfect end-of-summer ‘fit—a classic denim, flip-flop, tank combo—and the style equation not only included her fave affordable staple but a pair of on-sale (!!!) baggy Gap jeans. She finished the look with sandals from The Row (told you!) and a cropped black leather bomber jacket that’s so perfect for transitioning to fall.
Since you’ve probably already bought the Joe’s tank in all three colors (No? Just me??), let’s focus on Hailey’s denim, k? The Low Rise ’90s Loose Jeans—which she styled earlier in the week with a simple white tube top and her fave thong kitten heels, too—are further proof that Gap is having a total resurgence. The baggy silhouette feels sooo model-off-duty (no wonder a model is wearing them… off duty!) while the dark wash and low-stretch fabric still gives ’em that crisp, clean look.
The $71 jeans, which are somehow still in stock in every single size if you want Hailey’s dark wash, are currently on sale for a limited time only. They also come in lighter shades, a very autumnal brown acid hue, and even black. Considering the hype around them from shoppers alone I might need the denim in all of the above.
“In love with these jeans! It’s baggy enough but not too baggy to loose shape at the hips and butt,” one customer raves. “I love how I can make a street look and also a casual office look depending on the top and shoes I wear.” Others called them the “best jeans ever” and “exceptionally comfortable” while another said that they “always get compliments when [they] wear these!”
